We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, with a receipt. (Some exceptions apply; see below.) Items brought back to the store must be in brand new, resaleable condition with original, undamaged packaging; all tags (including warranty tags) and packaging must be intact. Items returned cannot have been washed. There must be no sign of wear or use, including saliva or spit up marks, wrinkles from use, odours, lint, or pet or human hair. No exceptions. 

Items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

If you are purchasing a gift for someone, please indicate this at checkout & we will provide you with a gift receipt.
Gift items may be EXCHANGED with receipt within 90 days, provided they meet the criteria outlined above. If a gift item is returned, a STORE CREDIT will be issued for the amount of the gift item. We will not provide cash or credit back for returned gifts.

Please keep a copy of your receipt. Most items we carry are covered by manufacturers’ warranties. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have purchased a defective product. Without your receipt, you may not be eligible for warranty coverage.  Please note that most manufacturers prefer to handle warranty issues directly for quality control.  We are happy to direct you to the appropriate company for your warranty claims.



Return Authorization Required: In the event that you need to return or exchange an item, please email us at so we can work with you and expedite your return, exchange and/or refund.

Shipping charges are NON-refundable. If you received free shipping based on a minimum and the returned items drop your order total below this minimum, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

NO returns on used or washed items, sale or discounted merchandise, and personal care products such as soaps, creams, nursing pads, teething aids, diaper sprayers, baby bottles, breast pumps and accessories, and all bras. Carriers must be unopened and unused.

All sales become final after 14 days of receipt of your order (according to Canada Post package tracking).

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer on all returns and exchanges. Please note, any and all returns or exchanges must be shipped with a tracking number and must be postmarked within 14 days of package receipt for returns. All sales become final after 14 days of receipt of your order. Replacements for exchanges will not be shipped until the original return is received at our store.

The current flat rate shipping charge ($10) will be withheld from a return credit if the original order met the free shipping threshold, but exclusion of the returned item would have caused the order total to fall below the free shipping threshold.  On exchanges, free shipping will not apply to the replacement product(s); they will be charged flat rate shipping of $10.

Refunds will be credited in the same manner paid.
